On Nov. 14th, General Manager Feng Haichen accompanied Vice General Manager of CECEP group Li Jie to Dahexi Xiandao District of Changsha City for a business tour. They met with Chairman Liu Jixiong and President Zou Lin of Xiandao Investment Holding Co., Ltd. Of Changsha to discuss the planned renewable energy supplying program of 9.5 million sms to Xiandao District. Director Sun Jianguo of the Cooperation and Development Department of CECEP group, General Manager Feng Haichen, Investment Director Peng Zhong of our company took part in the tour.
Xiandao Investment Holding Company is a state owned company established by the Changsha municipal government in order to promote the development of two-oriented society, with the registering capital of 10 billion RMB. It’s the comprehensive urban resources operator. Chairman Liu Jixiong delivered warm welcome to Vice General Li Jie and introduced the main business, future development aims and plans of Xiandao Investment Holding Company.
After listening to introduction of the company, Vice General Manager Li Jie took a site tour of the Xiandao District to know more about he city group of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, the programs carried out by Xiandao Company and proposed suggestions for its future planning and development.
During the site tour, Vice General Manager Li Jie introduced CECEP to the hosts. He said that, CECEP is the sole central enterprise in China majoring in energy conservation, emission reduction and enviromental protection. It’s the biggest science and technology and service oriented industrial group in China in the field of energy conservation and enviromental protection. The group integrated the interior resources and established the newly building energy efficiency business sector, with great potential for development.
In regards to the cooperation program between Xiandao Company and CECEP Building Energy Conservation Company in supplying renewable energy for an area of 9.5 million sms, Vice General Manager Li Jie remarked that, both sides can cooperate not only on this program but also on the comprehensive energy conservation of the Chang Sha municipal transportation hub, refuse disposal, waste water treatment and low carbon industrial park development. We need to connect the program with urban planning, the concept of two-oriented society and “eco culture and beauty China”proposed in the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC . Both sides should try to enlarge their cooperation on the basis of this program.
This site tour and exchange of views deepened the bilateral understanding of each other, and helped push forward the cooperation.
