In the afternoon of Aug. 9th , CECEP Building Energy Conservation company convened the planning meeting for the next half year of 2012. All the staff attended the meeting chaired by General Manager Feng Haichen. Vice General Manager Li Jie of CECEP group was present at the meeting and delivered important remarks. Representatives of departments of strategy management, enterprise management, financial management, law and risk controlling of CECEP group also participated the meeting.
First, chief accountant Li Fang passed on the gist of planning meeting for the next half year of CECEP group. Li Fang passed on the content of the meeting from the current situation of the group, the need for transformation and upgrading, breakthrough of the merging, advance of the engineering programs, reform of the achievement assessment and marketing capacity. She noted that, it’s important to learn and put into effect the spirit of the guidelines from the group. It helps us improve ourselves rapidly.
General Manager Feng Haichen made plans for next half year’s work. First, he introduced the situation we were under at present and noted that CECEP group leaders were very decisive to establish a specialized company in the field of building energy efficiency when the market was increasingly mature. On the one hand, the newly built company got strong support from the group; on the other hand, we faced great pressure for starting our business rapidly. Therefore, we need to integrate the high-quality resources we own and grasp the opportunities on the market in order to nurture our core competitiveness in a short time. We should strive to set up our brand in this market and make us a strong competitor.
Then, Vice General Manager of CECEP group Li Jie delivered important remarks. Li fully approved the practical working plan proposed by General Manager Feng Haichen and encouraged the staff to be united and realize the aim of next half year. Li shared his experience in management with the staff and proposed several suggestions from enterprise culture, development strategy, marketing and team building. He hoped that we should study ceaselessly in order to become the leader in the building energy efficiency market.
In the closing remarks, General Manager Feng Haichen noted that, the half year working meeting the CECEP group coincided with the starting stage of our newly built company, therefore the spirit of the meeting can help us accelerate our development. We should study the remarks by the leaders thoroughly and strive to realize the business aim by the end of this year.
