CECEP Building Energy Conservation Company Convened Strategic Development Seminar

In order to fulfill CECEP group’s guidelines of the Half Year Conference,and discuss the future development road map of the company, CECEP Building Energy Conservation company convened strategic development seminar on Oct. 25^th, 2012. Directors of different departments participated the seminar. The vice president of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business Liao Jianwen, President of Rockontroll Li Wei, President of Schmidlin Feng Wei were invited to the seminar. This is the second strategic meeting of the company since the establishment.

Participants analyzed the opportunities and problems the company faces, the strategies and plan for future development. They discussed the strategies, aims and solutions for the future development. They noted that the direction for development in the existing strategy needed to be adapted in the climate of current building energy efficiency markets. They reached the following agreement through discussion.

First, they need to push forward the current programs, exploit their advantages to the full and further their communication with CECEP group in order to acquire more detailed business models and solutions.

Secondly, they need to improve the management machanism and make it a standard system, in particular in the field of risk and program assessment.

Thirdly, they stressed the importance of talented professionals for the development of the company. In the future, they ought to improve the machanism for the introduction, training and selection of the talents. And they need to foster the team spirits and core competitiveness of the company.

At last, General Manager Feng Haichen made closing remarks. He noted that, as we are still at the primary stage of business development, we need to grasp the opportunities and respond to the changes in the market actively in order to lay a solid foundation for the all-round development. Besides, we need to try many ways to get the best strategy which adapts to the building energy efficiency market and accords with our circumstances in the shortest period of time.
