From January 25th to January 26th, 2014, CECBEC organized a two-day business training for employees in the headquarter and subsidiaries so that every staff can learn more about company’s business development, improve job skills and enhance personal qualities.
This training mainly introduces knowledge of company's projects, such as features of EPC(Energy Performance Contracting) project operation, operation methods and precautions of energy conservation project, philosophy of city united energy system, etc.This training comprises internal and external training courses presented by technical adviser Xu Keliang, head of heating energy conservation department Bai Bingnan, and expert Guo Lin respectively. Beginning with actual cases happening during years of work, Xu and Bai made profound analysis of EPC project and concluded lessons, experience and thoughts of projects. Based on brief analysis of characteristics and scope of various ways of city energy supply, such as coal boiler, gas boiler, heat pumps and gas cogeneration, etc., Guo introduced the concept of city united energy system, which is making reasonable operating strategy, using the optimized combination of diverse ways of energy supply, economically solving city energy supply problems and constructing city building ecosystem.
In the process of training, lectures and employees had thorough communication and interaction, as well as consultation and discussion related to issues in real work. In conclusion, this training achieved good results.
