CECBEC Held 2014 Annual Work Conference

CECBEC held 2014 annual work conference on January 24th, 2014. More than 70 staffs joined the meeting, including staffs from the headquarter and subsidiaries. The meeting was presided over by the deputy general manager Chen Wei. Li Jie, the deputy manager of CECEP, attended the meeting and made an important speech. Representatives from CECEP enterprise management department, cooperation and development department, as well as technology management department attended the meeting.

The meeting firstly began with the a speech given by Li Shuping, secretary of CECBEC Party committee. He conveyed the spirit of CECEP 2014 annual work conference and production safety work conference, and comprehensively interpreted CECEP general manager Wang Tongzhou’s 2014 annual work report, as well as important speeches delivered by chairman of CECEP Wang Xiaokang and secretary of CECEP Party committee Li Shuping.

Feng Haichen, CECBEC general manager, made 2014 annual work report on behalf of company management team. He summarized the completion of work in 2013, analyzed the existing problems and situation that CECBEC was facing, and arranged company work in 2014. In his report, Feng pointed out that company’s development ideas were gradually clear, business layout was basically realized, management structure began to function, the overall goal of profit model was generally determined. However, the company was facing various problems, such as the increasing difficulty of project, the lack of human resources, the weak foundation of management, etc. Feng said that, as our annual goal, we must strengthen capability building, expand the market share, and establish the leading position in the industry in order to solve those problems. Feng made company’s annual work arrangement in five aspects, including optimization of business scope, market occupation, transition of subsidiaries, standardized management and work of Party building. He required employees with flexible and innovative thinking, the ability to challenge the limits, honest and pure attitude, elegant and graceful behavior, perseverant and courageous character, as well as optimistic and confident mind.

Li Jie fully affirmed CECBEC’s work and achievement since 2013 and put forward specific requirements of future development task. Firstly he thought the CECBEC must pay attention to talent selection(such as  technical, business and management talents) and talent training. Secondly he hoped that CECBEC could strengthen system innovation, consider to go public and strictly regulate legal and finical structure according to listing requirements, and establish a long and beneficial strategic partnership. Thirdly, He mentioned innovative thinking in work, such as technical innovation, company management innovation, infrastructure management innovation and strategic management innovation, etc. Fourthly he emphasized the importance of production safety. He said that our company should increase attention to production safety, take practical and preventive measures, and complete work task based on ensuring the stability of production safety situation. Last but not least, Li pointed out that CECBEC just got started but had already shouldered a long and arduous task. He encouraged every individual in CECBEC to work together and fight for becoming one of best energy conservation companies in this industry in three to five years.

At the end of the conference, Chen Wei, on behalf of CECBEC, expressed gratitude to leading cadres from group company and indicated that, under leadership of CECEP and the guidance of leading cadres and general manager Feng Haichen, everyone in CECBEC would seize opportunities, strengthen confidence and make joint efforts to make CECBEC one of the leading companies in the industry.
