CECBEC held the business analysis conference of the first quarter of 2014 on May 9th, 2014. This meeting conveyed the spirit of CECEP’s business analysis conference of the first quarter of 2014, concluded company business operations of the first quarter, analyzed the situation CECBEC is faced with and planned out the production and management work for the next stage. Li Shuping, CECBEC’s secretary of the party committee, chaired the conference; all the members of the leadership team and middle managers attended the meeting.
In the beginning, Zhao Yunan, director of operations, made the report of operation analysis of the first quarter. He comprehensively analyzed present business operation situation from three aspects as the overall situation and characteristics of company operations, the main existing problems in company operations and work priorities of the next stage. Focusing on the work of the first half year, participants examined their work problems and put forward related suggestions.
Secretary Li Shuping made concluding remarks. He analyzed the external situation, such as the lack of power of current economic recovery, the real estate downturn and funding tensions, which had certain impacts on company’s business development. He indicated four urgent problems that needed to be solved, including promoting landing project development, taking multi-channel measures to solve fund and financing, perfecting the system and relationships of project under construction, as well as establishing and improving the standardization of management process. He also arose five requirements for future work, which contains solid and meticulous work attitude, fast and efficient work style, focusing on work ability to proceed major projects as general manager Feng demanded, strengthening mutual communication and coordinating actions, and ensuring completing work tasks within limited time.
