On October 17th, General Manager Wang Tongzhou was meeting with Chen Liang, Deputy Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, and his delegation in the Jieneng Mansion, and both sides held consultations on the contents of future cooperation and development. The people that attended the meeting included Yu Honghui and Li Jie, Assistant General Managers of the Group, as well as the responsible persons of the Group’s Department of Cooperation and Development and other related departments and related subsidiaries.
Firstly, on behalf of President Wang Xiaokang, General Manager Wang Tongzhou welcomed the visit paid by Chen Liang, Deputy Director of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, and his delegation. He thanked the energetic support granted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection to CECEP’s related businesses and works over the past years. Then he said that CECEP was the central enterprise that had the strongest comprehensive strength and the highest degree of internationalization in the fields of energy conservation and environmental protection, and the company had a number of advanced technologies concerning energy conservation and environmental protection, and it also participated in a number of foreign cooperation and exchange projects. The company looked forward to carrying out comprehensive cooperation with the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office on technical exchanges, personnel training and other aspects. Deputy Director Chen Liang gave a detailed account of the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office, and he said that against the backdrop of the building of an “energy-efficient, environment-friendly” society decided by the Chinese government, there were bright prospects for CECEP’s future development, and the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office looked forward to carrying out in-depth cooperation with CECEP in the areas of new energy, solid waste disposal, waste water treatment, mercury removal, comprehensive ecological technologies for water conservancy and hydropower projects and so on.
